The Trillium Garden Club of Groton was founded and federated in 1987 from the combined memberships of the Groton, Oswegatchie, and the Rake and Trowel Garden Clubs.
The purpose of the Garden Club is to stimulate an interest in gardening, maintain select community gardens, and promote environmental awareness and conservation. We meet every fourth Monday at noon at the Groton Public Library, September through June.
Trillium Garden Club is a member organization of Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut Inc, a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The club operates under the umbrella of this organization and participates in statewide programs and initiatives.
